RETURN AND EXCHANGES
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

The item(s) returned must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Please fill out the Contact Us Form on the Roots Cider Company Contact Page.

– Type in “Requesting a Refund” as the the subject for the form.
– If you are exchanging an item, please type “Requesting an Exchange” for the subject.
– Once requests are received, a staff member from our Sales and Merchandising Department will contact you directly and provide a return mailing address, as well as answer any questions and provide any additional return instructions.

Preparing your return, please include:

– The item you wish to return in it’s original condition.
– Signed letter stating the reason for your return.
– Proof of Purchase (receipt)
NOTE: Keep a copy of the receipt with the return mailing confirmation for your records.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Items can not be returned if they are opened. This includes merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

RESTOCKING FEE

Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund and the original shipping and handling paid on the order is also not refunded.

EXCHANGES

Returning items in new condition have the option to exchange the clothing item for a different size or color. The customer will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but will still have to pay the return shipping fee.

PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted Methods of Payment:

– Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
– Cash On Delivery (AT EVENTS ONLY)

The customer’s credit card will be charged when an order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill the order for any reason, the credit card will be refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY

TURNAROUND

Orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (CST).

CARRIERS

The following carriers we use to deliver our orders are:
– USPS

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Please Note: Some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES

Customers have the option to place an order or cancel before reaching the final check out page. They will be shown the shipping rates charged based on the weight of the product(s) selected and it’s shipping destination.

BACK ORDERS

Customers receive immediate notification when item(s) go on back order. Upon customer approval, OR after a second failed attempt in getting a response from the customer regarding the order has been made, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the out of stock item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

NON-REFUNDABLE OR SALE ITEMS

Items considered “Non-Refundable” or “Sale” items are sold “as-is” and therefore non-refundable. If you feel there is an extraordinary circumstance surrounding the nature of your order (i.e. damaged product), please contact us immediately by filing a RETURN REQUEST FORM.

CANCELLATION POLICY

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours of their purchase at no charge. All orders received after 24 hours of purchase may be subject to a shipping and handling fee to return the products to Roots Cider Company.
